摘要 通过半工业试验,探索到了在第二级磨矿细度达到79%—200目时,三种选矿工艺流程均能选出合格的铁精矿。在这种情况下,以棒磨—球磨和球磨—球磨的阶段选别两流程为宜,但由于上述两流程抛尾量大,有价元素损失量大,对综合利用不利,在这种情况下,选用球磨连磨选别流程,既流程结构简单,铁回收率高,又能充分综合回收有价元素. It was found from the pilot test that when the ore fineness of the second stage grinding reached 79%-200mesh,qualified iron concentrates could be obtained by all three iron separation flowsheets. Then it was considered suitable to apply the flowsheets of rod grinding-ball mill grinding-stage separation and ball mill grinding-ball mill grinding-stage separation. However,both the flowsheets exposed the disadvantages of great amount of discarded taillings,big loss of valuable elements and unfavourable comprehensive utilization. As a result,the continuous ball mill grinding-separation flowsheet was selected,which has shown the advantages of simpleflowsheet structure,high iron recovery and capbility of comprehensive recovery of various valuable elements.
