内毒素血症致肾衰大鼠中人参皂甙及L-硝基-精氨酸对一氧化氮合酶表达的影响 被引量:5

摘要 多脏器功能衰竭(MOF)的发病机制尚未完全明了,其中免疫复合物学说认为与内毒素(LPS)血症有关。一氧化氮合酶(NOS)和一氧化氮(NO)在内毒素休克所致急性肾衰(ARF)的发病机制中具有重要作用。中医学认为,休克系“阳气暴脱”,而人参有“回阳救逆”之功效,其有效成分主要是人参皂甙。本研究通过制作内毒素血症所致急性肾衰的大鼠模型,观察人参皂甙以及NOS抑制剂L-硝基-精氨酸(L-NNA)对肾组织中NOS表达的影响。
