摘要 目的探讨射频消融治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎下鼻甲肥厚所致鼻塞的疗效。方法回顾性分析我院收治的76例慢性肥厚性鼻炎患者行鼻内镜下射频消融治疗的临床资料。结果在鼻内窥镜下对76例慢性肥厚性鼻炎鼻塞患者采用低温等离子射频消融治疗,术前及术后6个月应用视觉模拟评分表(VAS)来评价鼻塞的主观感觉。患者术前鼻塞VAS评分左侧为9.62±0.58,右侧为8.97±0.68,术后6个月左侧为3.67±0.81,右侧为4.53±0.31。所有患者除术后短期内鼻塞、涕稍多外无其它不适,鼻内镜检查见所有患者下鼻甲表面红润、光滑、未见瘢痕。结论低温等离子射频消融是治疗慢性肥厚性鼻炎的有效方法,其安全可靠、微创、术后恢复快、对鼻腔正常生理功能损伤小。 Objective To assess the efficiency of radiofrequency ablation on inferior turbinate hypertrophy under nasal endoscope. Methods The clinical data of 76 patients with inferior turbinate hypertrophy with the treatment of radiofrequency ablation under nasal endoscope were studied retrospectively. Reaults The radiofrequency ablation system was applied for the 76 patients with inferior turbinate hypertrophy. The preoperative and postoperative nasal obstruction were observed by nasal obstruction visual analogue scale (VAS). After 6 months later, VAS was significantly improved from 9.62 ± 0.58 to 3.67 ± 0.81 (left side), and from 8.97 ± 0.68 to 4.53 ± 0.31(right side). All cases had no complication during the period of following-up. Conclusion Radiofrequency ablation is an effective, convenience and microtrauma alternation to the treatment of inferior turbination hypertrophy.
