矿用设备是矿山生产的物资基础和必备条件，而对其进行科学管理与合理使用，则是创造良好经济效益的重要途径。本文列举了当前矿用设备的管理与使用中存在的主要问题，并针对这些问题提出了相应的解决办法，旨在管好，用好矿用设备，使其在生产中发挥应有的效能。

The mine equipment is a material base and necessary condition of mine production,but their scientitic management and rational operation are an important way to obtain a good economic benefit. The author cites main problems existing currently in the managenent and operation of mine equipment and provides the relative methods for solving these problems to take good care of and use well the mine equipment and make them play a due role in the mine production.
