摘要
着重介绍了沈阳黎明航空发动机(集团)有限责任公司开发研制的对开机匣铣削外型面的工艺改进过程,以及利用CAD/CAM软件UGNX进行零件三维几何建模、刀位轨迹模拟显示和五坐标数控铣削编程的方法,对铣削所采用的刀具和切削参数的优化进行了详细分析。
The improvement process of milling the outside surface of the split casing developed by Shenyang Liming Aero-Engine (Group) Corporation Ltd., 3D geometry part modeling, cutter location trace simulation displaying and 5-axis NC milling program-ming method by using CAD/CAM software UGNX are introduced. The tools and optimization of the cutting parameters for the milling are analyzed.
