胆道镜在小切口胆道手术中的应用

Application of choledochoscopy in small-incision biliary duct operation

目的 探讨胆道镜在小切口胆道手术中的应用。方法 回顾性分析我院2001年10月-2005年9月在小切口胆道手术术中及术后应用纤维胆道镜检查和治疗胆道疾病56例的治疗效果。结果 术中应用胆道镜取石45例，有结石残留者7例。残石率15．6％；术中应用胆道镜活检证实为胆管癌者3例；观察或活检证实为胆管炎者6例；胆管息肉2例直接用胆道镜摘除。结论 本疗法具有创伤小、并发症少、取石成功率高等优点。

Objective To investigate the application of choledochoscopy in small-incision biliary duct operation. Methods The clinical data of 56 cases undergoing choledochoscopy after small incision cholecystectomy from Oct. 2001 to Sep. 2005 were analyzed retrospectively. Results In the 45 patients undergoing choledochoscopy for lithotomy,terminal residual stone occurred in 7 cases（15.6%）. During operation,3 cases of cholangiocarcinoma were confirmed pathologically by choledochoscopy, 6 cases of cholangitis by biopsy, and polypi of bile duct in 2 cases were removed by choledochoscopy. Conclusion This method is minimally invasive, and had less complications and higher lithotomy successful rate.
