摘要
把以人为本的思想贯彻到图书馆管理的实践中去,是时代的要求。以人为本就是以人为主体,以人为动力,以人为目的。以人为本,就是以大多数人的利益为本。从图书馆管理的角度来讲,就是要以读者为本,以馆员为本;就是要培养人、善用人、造福人。
In answer to the call of the age, "People- oriented mode" is put into the practice of library management. "People- oriented mode" is by the artificial main body, by artificial power, by artificial goal. It is taken the majority person's benefit as this. Says from the library management angle, we must take the reader as this, take staff as this, then train the human and make good use of the human, benefit the human as well.
