摘要
海尔集团从一个前身亏损147万元的企业,16年后全球营业额已实现406亿,并保持80%的平均增长速度,现已成为世界最具影响的100个国际品牌运营商之一。文章从竞争情报的角度研究了海尔的成功。
Haier group, an enterprise once suffering a lot from a general deficit of 1.47 million RMB, has achieved a sale of about 40.6 billion RMB 16 years later. Today, it still keeps its annual average growth by 80%, and has been ranked among the 100 most powerful enterprises of famous brand. This paper is to diseuss, from the angle of competitive information, why and how Haler could be so suecessful.
