摘要
试图通过分析图书馆所建立的参考咨询工作评估制度,探讨建立科学、有效的图书馆参考咨询服务工作评估机制,以不断改进图书馆参考咨询服务工作的管理水平,提高服务质量,实现满足用户需求的目标。
Through analyzing the assessing system on reference and consultaney work in library, this paper discusses how to establish a scientific and effcetive assessing mechanism on the library's reference and eonsultancy service, in order to improve management level of the library's reference and consultaney service, to enhance the quality of the library service and realize the goal to satisfy consumer's requirement.
