摘要
以文献计量学分析为基础,分析了医院图书馆开展信息素质教育的现状与问题,从提升医院图书馆员的自身信息素质、充分利用高等医学院校图书馆培训师资、加强医学文献信息资源建设与共享、建立和完善临床学科馆员制度等方面探讨了适合读者信息素质教育的新途径。
Based on the document metrological analysis, the status and problems of information literacy education in hospital libraries have been analyzed. New approaehes adapted for the reader＇s information literacy education have also been discussed among upgrading hospital librarians＇ information literacy, making best use of medical university library to train teachers, strengthening medical literature information resource construction and sharing, establishing and perfecting clinic subject librarian system.
