深圳市南山区公共图书馆建设概况及改革设想

On the Public Library's Survey of Its Construction and the Conceives of Its Reform of Nanshan District in Shenzhen City

深圳南山区建区15年,公共图书馆事业长足发展,已形成具有一定规模的区、街道、社区三级图书馆网络。为实现可持续发展,南山区有必要借鉴先进地区经验,改革现行公共图书馆管理体制,走和谐效益发展之路。

It is the fifteenth anniversary of Nanshan district in Shenzhen city this year, the publie library undertaking here has been developed greatly for these years. There has been a certain scale service networks of libraries on three levels in this area namely district center, the streets and the communities. It is necessary to profit from the experiences of advanced areas to develop library undertaking in Nanshan district; and it is also necessary to reform our public library management system, so that we can benefit from its development harmoniously and continuously.
