摘要
利用6个小麦品种组配成所有可能的单交、三交、双交组合。并且利用不同的模型分别估算了不同杂交类型当中各种性状的基因效应和配合力等遗传参数,探讨了基因效应与配合力之间的关系问题,最后对品种进行了综合评价。研究结果表明,所有3种杂交类型中,同一性状不同杂交方式起主要作用的基因效应是相同的;同一种杂交方式不同性状起主要作用的基因效应有所不同。三交、双交分析结果表明,上位效应不仅确实存在而且是群体遗传结构的重要组成部分,其中以加性×加性上位效应为主,其次是加性×显性上位效应。
Using six varieties of wheat, 15 single, 60 three-way and 45 double crossesare made. Using different kinds of models, the estimates of gene effects andcombinind abilities of different combining types are obtained. The relationshipbetween gene effects and combining abilities is investigated. Finally, the evalu-ation of lines is made. From the analysis of three combinig types, it is obvious that the significantgene effect is not the same for different traits. According to the results ofthree-way and double crosses, epistatic effects are not nogligible. The resultshows that additive × additive, additive, additive × dominance are the mostimportant epistatic effects.
