建立了圆体成形车刀加工锥面时是工件轴向平面上双曲线误差的数学模型，探讨了最小加工误差条件下刀具有关参数：半径Ｒ、前角γ、后角α的优化设计问题。

This paper builds a mathematic model of hyperbolic error on the axial plane of workpiece while machining conic surfaces with a cylindric forming cutter and probes into the problems of optimal design concerning the parameters of cutters such as radius R,rack angle γ and clearance angle α under the condition of minimum processing error
