摘要 根据支撑架的冲压工艺性,进行了排样设计与模具结构设计,以及切舌定距方式的应用。详细阐述了弯曲方向对成形零件设计的影响、弯曲与分离复合工序的结构设计。实践证明,该模具结构合理、可靠、稳定,能保证产品质量,对此类零件的级进模设计有参考价值。 According to the punching technology character of brackets, layout design and die structural design are carried out, as well as stamping and bending fixed distance fashion is applied. The impact caused by bending direction to forming parts design as well as the structural design of bending and splitting compound working procedure are stated in details. Proved by practice, the die's structure is feasible, reliable, stable, can ensure the products quality, and has reference value for this kind of parts progressive die design.
