以壁挂空调器积水盘注射模设计为例,详细介绍了Pro/E软件中的零件模块、模具模块、装配模块等在复杂注射模设计过程中的使用方法和程序,充分展现了定模侧两复杂斜导柱滑块组件的结构设计要点,希望能对复杂注射模设计有一定的指导意义。
Taking the injection mold design of hanging air-conditioner seeper tray as an example, the using methods and procedures of the parts module, mold module, assembling module and etc. in Pro/E software are stated in details during complicated injection mold design, it shows the critical structure design points of two complicated slanting guidance sliding block components besides fixed mold, and the author hopes to provide some guidance to complicated injection mold design.
