医院信息系统(HospitalInformationSystem,HIS)是计算机技术和管理科学在医院信息管理中的应用,是计算机技术对医院管理,临床医学,信息管理长期影响,渗透以及相互结合的产物。医院管理引进计算机技术和网络技术是医院管理实现现代化的重要标志和不可逾越的途径。目前,我国医院信息系统运用与发达国家相比,尚处于落后阶段。尤其在中小型医院,信息系统的发展更是举步维艰。本文结合我院信息系统建设和发展过程,探讨影响和制约中小型医院信息系统建设和发展的因素。

The information system of the hospital （Hospital Information System,HIS） is technology of the computer and application in the information management of the hospital of management science,it is computer＇ s technology that manages the hospital, clinical medicine,the information management is influenced for a long time, result that permeated and mutually combined.h is that the management of the hospital realizes the modernized important sign and impassable way that the hospital manages and introduces the technology of the computer and network technology.At present, use in the hospital information system of our country it compared with developed country,is still at backward stage. Especially in the medium and small-scale hospital,the development of the information system has difficulty in taking a step especially.This text combine our academy information system construction and evolution,is it influence and restrain medium and small-scale hospital information system build and factor that develop from to probe into.
