西方合法性理论大致可以分为具有明显张力的规范合法性理论和经验合法性理论,以及试图消弥二者张力的哈贝玛斯重建性的合法性理论3大主流合法性思想。文章试图对这3大合法性理论的渊源、主张、理论贡献及不足进行梳理。

The western legitimacy theories roughly includes three main schools, they are normal legitimacy theory and empirical legitimacy theory which have obviously tension, and the rebuilding legitimacy theory of Jürgen Habermas, who tried to dissolve the tension between the two schools mentioned above. The article tries to comb the three legitimacy theories about their origin, idea, the contributes and blemishes of the theories.
