摘要 介绍电流变技术及其工程应用,说明中国的研究状况。分析电流变技术具有广泛应用前景的原因,探讨电流变效应的成因及其影响因素;从分子运动学角度和电学性质方面解释电流变效应的复杂性,阐述电流变液体在电流变技术中的基础性地位,提出电流变液体的工程要求;展望电流变技术在工业领域的应用价值;思考电流变技术工业化进程中出现的问题。 The Electrorheological(ER)technology, its application and the research state in China are introduced in this paper.The reasons why the ER technology has a wide application prospect are analysed.The complexity of ER effect is explained through molecular kinematics and electrical characteristics of ER materials. The importance of ER fluid in the ER technology is emphasized and the engineering requirement to ER fluids is advanced. The applying value and revolutionized changes on which the ER technology bring in industrial field are pointed out. Considering the problems arised during the course of industrializing the ER technology,authors think enterprises in China would miss an opportunity to keep pace with foreign ones in this field if they didn't notice the applying prospect of ER technology and abandoned or reduced the invest to research work only for it can't be commercialized at present.
