摘要
同1993年国务院发布的《国家公务员暂行条例》中有关职位分类制度的规定相比,2005年全国人大常委会通过的《中华人民共和国公务员法》中设计的职位分类制度有许多创新之处,具体体现在职位类别划分更为科学、职务序列设置更加多样化、级别的内涵与功能更为明确等方面。
Compared with Tentative Act of National Public Servant promulgated in 1993, Civil Servant Act of the People's Republic of China, which passed by the Standing Committee of National People's Congress in 2005, possesses numerous points of innovation upon relative post classification system. These points were substantialized into more scientific classification to positional categories, more diversification to duty serials, more specification to graded connotation and function .
