电大开放教育课堂教学中AIDA教学模式的应用

The Application of AIDA Teaching Model in Classroom Teaching of TVU Open Education

课堂教学目前仍是广播电视大学的主要教学形式,如何针对开放教育学员的特点,通过课堂教学使之学会知识、培养能力,是我们作为参与电大“开放教育试点教学模式改革”的一线教师一直在探讨的课题。在这里以中央电大工商管理本科专业的“组织行为学”课程为例来探讨AIDA教学模式在课堂教学中的应用。

Classroom teaching is still the main teaching model in TVU at present. As teacher in the front line engaging in ＂ Teaching Model Reform in Open education pilot unit＂, we are all the time to discuss how to convey the knowledge to students and cultivate their ability as well.
