为实现金属构件曲率的自动测量.设计了一种曲率检测装置.将曲率变化转化为位移变化.通过理论分析给出了曲率半径和位移之间的函数关系.利用位移传感器检测位移并将其作为反馈信号.可实现弯曲加工过程中的闭环反馈控制.
A simple device for measuring of curvature in bending processes isstudied.the function relation between the lenth measured by LCDT and theradius of curvature in bent plates is also given. The close loop feedback controlin bending processes is realized and the bending accuracy can be improvedsignificantly through the use of this device.
