目的研究膀胱移行细胞癌(BTCC)中P27Kip1和CyclinD1的表达,探讨与膀胱癌生物学特征的内在联系。方法应用免疫组化S-P法,对51例BTCC及6例正常膀胱组织中P27Kip1和CyclinD1进行检测。结果P27kip1和CyclinD1在BTCC不同临床分期,不同病理分级中表达阳性率差异显著,P<0.05。结论P27Kip1和CyclinD1在BTCC中的表达与肿瘤生物学行为密切相关。

[Objective] To evaluate the expression of P27kip1 and Cyclin D1 in human transitional cell carcinoma of bladder （BTCC）. To study the association between the biological characteristics of BTCC and P27kip1 and Cyclin D1. [Methods] The expression of P27kipl and Cyclin D1 was detected by SP immunohistochemical technique in 51 BTCC and 6 cases of normal bladder tissue. [Results] The positive expression of P27kipl and CyclinD1 in BTCC are closely correlated with different pathological grade and clinical stage （P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The expression of P27kip1 and Cyclin D1 closely correlates with biological behavior of BTCC.
