美菲康在高龄癌痛患者中的应用

Application of morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets for advanced aged cancer patients with pain

目的该文探讨美菲康在高龄癌痛患者中的使用方法、注意事项和治疗效果。方法应用美菲康对32例80岁以上的高龄癌痛患者进行镇痛治疗。根据高龄老人的特点,采用小剂量和联合用药的方法治疗并进行观察随访。结果32例高龄癌痛患者应用美菲康进行治疗后疼痛有效缓解率达93.7%以上,91%的患者生活质量有明显提高,并增加了患者治疗的依从性。不良反应主要有便秘、嗜睡、恶心、呕吐。结论高龄癌痛患者应用美菲康进行镇痛治疗是安全有效的。在用药过程中应采用小剂量、联合用药和有益的原则。

[Objective] This article is to probe the morphine hydrocMofide sustained-release tablets＇ application, matters needing attention and therapeutic effect on advanced aged cancer patients with pain. [Methods] 32 cancer patients with pain over 80 took the morphine hydrochloride sustained-release tablets as an analgesic. In accordance with advanced aged patients characteristics, the treatment started from a small dose and adopted medicine combination. [Results] After follow-up observation and interview, the patients＇ pain relief rate is 93.7%. Quality of life has been improved in 91% of the patients and the enthusiasm for therapy have been increased. The adverse reactions of the drugs are constipation, nauseas, vomiting and sleepiness. [Conclusions] The morphine hydrocMoride sustainedrelease tablet is a kind of safe and effective analgesic to advanced aged cancer patients with pain. The treatment should start from a small dose and adopt medicine combination.
