氢化物发生——原子荧光法测定中成药中微量砷含量 被引量:4

摘要 本文选用先进的氢化物发生——原子荧光分析技术、制定了中成药片仔癀、六味地黄丸中微量砷的含量。采用硫脲掩蔽干扰元素。以坑坏血酸将五价砷还原为三价砷、最终以0.7%硼氢化钠作还原剂,砷的线性范围0~120ng/ml检出限10-9μg/ml。片仔癀、六味地黄丸中的砷回收率分别为90%~98%,90%~101%。本方法简便、准确。 A method was established for the determination of As in Pianzihuang and Liuwei Di huang Wan(two Chinese traditional medicines)by hydride generation atomic fluorescent spectrometry.The sulfourea was used for screening some disturbing elements.The five valence As was reduced to three valence As using ascorbic acid,finally using 0 7% sodium borohydride as reducing agent.The linear range of As is 0~120ng/ml,the detection limit is 10 -9 μg/ml.The recovery of As was 90% 98% in Pianzihuang and 90% 101% in Liuwei Dihuang Wan.This method is accurate,rapid and convenient.
