红桃消肿合剂活血、抗炎作用研究

The Effects of Hongtao Detumescent Heji on Activating Blood circulation and Anti-inflammatory

目的:观察红桃消肿合剂的活血化瘀、抗炎作用。方法:观察红桃消肿合剂对家兔全血黏度、血浆黏度、血小板聚集、血栓形成的影响以及对大鼠足肿胀、小鼠毛细血管通透性的影响。结果:红桃消肿合剂明显降低血瘀家兔血黏度、抑制血小板聚集和体外血栓形成,抑制大鼠足肿胀和小鼠毛细血管通透性。结论:红桃消肿合剂具有活血化瘀和抗炎作用。

Objective： To observe the effects of Hongtao Detumescent Heji（HDH） on activating blood circulation and anti-inflammatory. Methods：The effects of the HDH on blood viscosity, platelet aggregation and thrombosis of rabbits were observed, anti-inflammatory action was investigated through experimental arthritis of rats and capillary vessel permeability of mice. Results： The HDH could reduce obviously the blood viscosity, inhibit platelet aggregation and reduce thrombosis of the rabbits, restrain experimental arthritis of rots and lighten capillary vessel permeability of mice. Conclusions：The HDH could promote blood circulation to remove blood stasis and anti-inflammatory.
