摘要
研究了GH4708合金在650℃、800℃分别经过100 h5、00 h、1 000 h长期时效处理后组织和力学性能的变化规律。结果表明:经过650℃长期时效后,合金在室温和8 0 0℃下的强度略有升高,塑性略有下降;经过800℃长期时效后,随着时效时间的延长,合金在室温和800℃下的强度、塑性基本没有变化。因此,GH4708合金在650℃、800℃下组织和力学性能基本稳定。
The effect of aging at 650 ℃ and 800 ℃ for 100 h, 500 h and 1 000 h on microstructure and mechanical properties of alloy GH4708 was studied. The results show that the strength of alloy increases and the plasticity decreases slightly at room temperature and 800 ℃ after long time aging at 650 ℃. The strength and the plasticity of alloy changes mildly at room temperature and 800 ℃ with the increase of aging time at 800 ℃. Thus, the microstructure and mechanical properties of GH4708 are stable at 650 ℃ and 800 ℃.
