摘要
本实验采用电导滴定法(以下简称电导法)测定了中药制剂羚羊感冒片中挥发性成分薄荷醇的含量,此法方便、快速、简洁,对含薄荷的中药制剂中薄荷醇的定量有很高的实用价值。
Wild mint, a kind of herbal medicines is commonly used in Chinese medicines, and one of its most important components is menthol, but its quantitativly study is still difficult because of the intervention of menthone. We used conductormetric tritration for menthol quantitative study in Chinese medicine Liangyang Ganmao Pian. This menthod is much more convenient and rapid with no menthone interference.
