佳木斯市医院感染监控现状分析

Analysis of hospital infection surveillance and control in Jiamusi

本文对开展医院感染监控的医院11677例出院病人的医院感染发病率。漏报率监测结果进行调查分析,其结果是,实际医院感染发病率为4.88％,报告院感发病率为2.06％,两者相差2.4倍。医院感染漏报率为57.72％。波动在20％～100％。从而暴露了医院感染监控管理中的薄弱环节。并对医院感染漏报率高,报告医院感染发病率与实际医院感染发病率相。差较大等问题所存在的原因,进行了讨论分析,提出了相应的对策与措施。

We surveyed 11677 discharged patients in the hospitals under surveillance and control. The result shows that the hospital infection rate reported was 2.06% and the actual rate was 4.88 which was 2.4 times higher than the reported and the hospital infection without report was 57. 72% which fluctuated from 20% to 100%. We analysize the reasons for the high rate without re- port and the great difference between the hospital infection rate reported and actual rate, and offer the corresponding suggestions and measures.
