摘要
中国铝业山西分公司4.5m×110m熟料窑,经10多年的使用,其各档领圈均存在一定程度的表面剥落或裂纹损伤。为消除安全隐患,确保窑系统正常运行,对损伤严重的第二、三、四档领圈进行了更换。因涉及多个领圈的更换且仅更换四档领圈下筒体和三档东二节筒体,更换方法不同于常规操作。在实施多个领圈更换过程中,充分考了虑支架支撑、拆除和回装等每一个环节的安全和质量控制,同时考虑了施工工作量的最少,最终成功并高效地完成了更换。
Clinker kiln of Shanxi branch of China Alumin Industry Group, which scale is Ф4.5m×110m, has run for ten years, surface of each supporting ring has been flaked off and has crack on it. In order to gurantee system normal operation, we replaced the second, third and fourth supporting ring that have been damaged badly. Since the replacement involved several rings and shell under the fourth ring and two pieces of shell under the third rings, the method is different from the general operation. In the procession, safety and quality control existed in every part of the replacement including supporting, removing and replacing are considered well, and as well as to insure minimum workload. Finally, the replacement has been fullfilled sucessfully and effectively.
