阐述了清洁生产的概念、产生背景及实施意义;介绍了水泥行业环境负荷和技术装备状况;分析了水泥行业实行清洁生产的必要性和实施途径。结合参加中—荷清洁生产项目的实践,简述了清洁生产审核、清洁生产机会识别等实施清洁生产技术前的必要准备;阐述了水泥行业常用的清洁生产技术——污染削减技术,环境负荷削减技术,提高资源效率技术和提高效能技术等,并有相关的应用效果介绍。

Conception, origin and signification of clean production are stated at the first. Environment load and technical equipment status is introduced; The necessity and way to actualize clean production in cement industry are analysed. The author has participated in the China and Holand clean production project, on base of the experience, he stated necessary preparation of actualizing clean production, such as examination and recognising opportunity, as well as some general technology such as reducing pollution, reducing environment load and increasing resource efficiency and energy efficiency, and related application effect was introduce.
