For the special load brought by blocking in production or piling of refractory material when the tower being examined and repaired, the author analysed the reason and brought forward the measure, It can reduce or avoid blocking to set bypass system and air blast gun, so the increased load couldn＇t affect the whole tower load bearing. And load brougth by piling of refractory material in process of examination and repaire mainly affects the design load of second beam and floor, which should be considered in deciding structure load.
