摘要
介绍了沙特阿拉伯5000t/d生产线预热器塔架结构设计的基本参数、负荷要求和标准规范。对业主提出的因生产中堵塞和检修时对耐火材料堆放有特殊要求而产生的特殊荷载,进行了原因分析和对策确定。其中:对生产过程中的堵塞,可通过设置旁路放风系统或增加空气炮疏通等工艺或控制措施予以减少或避免,其产生的荷载不会造成整个塔架结构设计荷载的增加;对检修过程中耐火材料堆放产生的荷载,主要对次梁和楼面板设计荷载产生影响,因此在结构设计荷载取值时进行了考虑。
Basic parameter, load requirement and standard criterion of preheater tower of Saudi Arabia 5000t/d production line were introduced at first. For the special load brought by blocking in production or piling of refractory material when the tower being examined and repaired, the author analysed the reason and brought forward the measure, It can reduce or avoid blocking to set bypass system and air blast gun, so the increased load couldn't affect the whole tower load bearing. And load brougth by piling of refractory material in process of examination and repaire mainly affects the design load of second beam and floor, which should be considered in deciding structure load.
