HPLC法测定扶脾养肝丸中芍药苷的含量

Determination of Paeoniflorin in Fupi Yanggan Pills by HPLC

制订扶脾养肝丸质量标准，采用高效液相色谱法对处方中白芍、赤芍有效成分芍药苷进行含量测定。色谱柱：SYMMETRY C18；流动相：甲醇-水（28：72）；检测波长：230nm；线性范围：0．11～1.83mg，r=0．9998。芍药苷平均回收率为97．5％，RSD=1．6％，结果准确，方法重复性好，可作为该制剂的质量控制指标。

Quality specification of Fupiyanggan Pills was established. The effective content Paeoniflorin in Radix Paeniae Alba and Radix Paeniae Rubra in the formula were determined by HPLC method. A Symmetry C18 column was used with methanol- water （28 ： 72） as mobile phase, and the detecting wavelength was 230nm. The linear range was 0. 11～1.83mg （r=0. 9998）. The average recovery rate of Paeoniflorin was 97.5%, and RSD was 1.6%. The method was accurate and reproducible; it could be used for quality control for Fupi Yanggan Pills.
