Effect of antistatic finishing agent PEE on dyeing properties of polyester fibers

用上染百分率、K/S值、耐摩擦色牢度探讨了抗静电整理剂PEE对染色性能的影响.先染色再抗静电整理的涤纶具有增深效果、良好的摩擦色牢度和抗静电性能.染色、抗静电同浴整理相对涤纶织物直接染色的颜色浅,且抗静电性能和摩擦色牢度良好.

The effects of antistatic finishing agent PEE on PET dyeing properties were discussed in term of dye uptake percentage, K/S value and rubbing fastness. The polyester fibers dyed before antistatic finishing had not only dark effect but also good abrasion fastness and antistatic properties. One-bath dyed-antistatic finished polyester fibers had lighter colors than directly dyed fibers, but the antistatic effect and abrasion fastness were good.
