摘要
在铁路企业青工培训过程中,把“三·三”式教学模式贯穿于培训全过程,不但有效提高了职工学习的积极性,而且培训效果显著。该模式强调先让职工通过现场了解设备及作业概况,增强感性认识,然后进行系统的专业模块理论学习,最后到现场实习。提高实作技能。
It is useful to stimulate employees' enthusiasm in learning by taking the "three- to- three" teaching model in young workers training. The model improves learners sensibility cognition by getting knowledge of equipment and their operation. Then, by systemically learning professional knowledge and practice, learners practical ahility will be promoted.
