文秘实训教学应处理好的四对关系

On Four Pairs of Relations in Practical Teaching of the Major of Secretary

中职学校在就业与升学的教学抉择中，往往把升学作为办学质量的标准而忽视了就业技能的培养。在职业教育“产教结合、以就业为导向”的办学思想指导下，实训教学在中职学校中积极开展起来。中职文秘专业教学中，要将实训教学作为专业教学中的主旋律；将《办公自动化》作为文秘实训教学的基础课程；将校内实训与社会实习相结合。

Secondary vocational schools always regard students employment and rate of entering a higher school as the standard of assessing school - running quality, which has ignored to cultivate students＇ employment techniques. Under the guidance of the school - running idea for vocational education, practical teaching has been taken in many secondary vocational schools. The major of secretary should see practical teaching as the key of specialty teaching, ＂Office Automatization＂ as the elemental curriculum, and combine school practice with social practice.
