手性Salen Co(Ⅲ)催化剂的合成

Synthesis of Chiral Catalyst Salen Co(Ⅲ)

将(R,R)1,2-二苯基乙二胺与2-羟基-3-叔丁基-5-甲基苯甲醛缩合,得到手性Salen(R,R)-1,后者与Co(OAc)2.4H2O络合、氧化得到Salen Co(Ⅲ)手性催化剂,运用元素分析和1HNMR对目标化合物和反应中间体进行了结构表征.

Condensation of 2-hydroxy-3-tertbutyl-5-methyl formaldehyde be zaldehyde with （R, R）-1 ,2- diphenyl diaminoethane afforded a chiral Salen（R,R）-1 compound which gave the cobalt complex Salen （ R, R） -2 on reacting with Co （OAc） 2·4H2O. The cobalt complex Salen （ R, R） -2 was then oxidized to give the cobalt complex Salen （ R, R） -3. The structures of chiral catalyst Salen Co （ Ⅲ ） and the intermediates were characterized with elemental analysis and ^1HNMR.
