摘要
采用电磁动态注塑机在不同工况下将HDPE/CaCO3共混物分别进行稳态和动态加工实验,研究振动力场作用下注射预塑过程中轴向挤压的作用。对制得样条的断面用SEM观察,并进行CaCO3粒径统计。结果表明,轴向挤压作用有助于聚合物进一步塑化和改善混合效果,振动强度越大,塑化效果越好,CaCO3颗粒尺寸越小,分布越均匀;在相同工况下,注射样条中的CaCO3颗粒要比挤出样条中的小,分散更均匀,尺寸大小也更趋于一致。
Axial pressing effect in the injecting preplasticizing process under vibrating condition is investigated. By using electromagnetic dynamic plastic extruder, a blend of HDPE/CaCO3 is processed under steady and dynamic condition. Through observing the SEM pictures of sample and counting particle diameter, it can conclude that axial pressing redound to further plasticize polymer and improve the property of blend. With the rise of intensity of oscillation, plasticizing effect become better, and the smaller the size of CaCO3 grains is, the more uniform it distribute. Under the same condition, CaCO3 grains in the injected sample distribute more uniform than that in the extruded sample and the size of CaCO3 grains of injected sample is smaller and more consistent than that of the extruded sample.
