摘要
为了准确预测各向异性板料成形过程中的成形极限问题,提出了一个三维有限元模型结合延性断裂准则的方法。采用Barlat屈服准则描述各向异性,体单元模型描述板料。模具与板料的接触摩擦采用一个修正的库仑摩擦模型。研究发现采用四种不同的延性断裂准则计算得到的断裂积分值可以准确预测成形极限。
In order to accurately predict the forming limit of sheet metal with strong anisotropic character, a 3D finite element model with ductile fracture criteria is proposed. Barlat yield criterion is used to depict the anisotropic character. The blank is modeled with solid element. The friction is modeled with a modified coulomb friction model. It is found that the forming limit is predicted accurately using four different ductile fracture criteria.
