摘要
本文综合考虑电铸金刚石-镍复合膜沉积工艺参数与复合膜品质的关系,建立了一种复合膜品质预测的人工神经网络模型。该模型能够精确刻画电镀工艺参数与沉积结果之间的非线性关系,并且具有泛化能力。用所得到的神经网络模型对复合膜沉积结果进行分析预测,其预测值与实际样品测量值吻合,表明神经网络分析方法是有效的。
Artificial neural network (ANN) was used to predict diamond grains content, thickness and micro morphology of electrodeposited diamond grains-nickel composite film. It was found that the prediction result was near the measured value, and ANN is useful to map the non-linear relationship among electrodepositcd parameter and result, and this technique is effective and accurate.
