In this paper a study on large rotation test machine for grinding wheel by automatic control is introduced. With designed integrated chuck and new structure protecting cover, variable frequency driving system and technology of computer controlling, the new large grinding wheel rotation test machine with excellent performance was developed. The new equipment proved highly automatized,convenient operation and maintenance,visual display of spindle speed and energy saving.
