摘要
针对制革污泥生物沥滤中的污泥驯化阶段进行了试验研究,考察了硫杆菌的选用、生长基质、驯化物质等因素对污泥驯化的影响。结果显示:硫硫杆菌为较为合适的菌种,生长基质硫添加量的增加有利于污泥驯化的进行,硫酸铬的加入影响了硫硫杆菌的产酸效果。
The domestication course of the tannery sludge's bioleaching was studied and the influence of the choice of the microbial, growth material and domestication substance was discussed. The result shows that it is better to choose T· thiooxidans and the more quantity of the sulfur. Meanwhile the infects of Cr2(SO4)3 to the domestication process is propitious to the produce of acid.
