摘要
通过试验,探讨了试纸与Cd(Ⅱ)的最佳反应条件,提出了用镉试纸快速检测水体中痕量重金属Cd(Ⅱ)的方法。结果表明,在水样中添加抗坏血酸和碘化钾使其浓度分别为0.005mol·L-1和0.15mol·L-1,使用硝酸调节水样pH值为0.4~1.0,Cd(Ⅱ)与试纸反应生成蓝色络合物,颜色深浅与水体中Cd(Ⅱ)浓度成正比,试纸最低检出限达0.10mg·L-1。该方法可用于不同水体中痕量重金属Cd(Ⅱ)的测定,与原子吸收分光光度法测定比较,结果满意。
A new method was developed for the rapid determination of trace Cd(Ⅱ ) in aquatic environment by test paper. The optimum reaction conditions were studied in detail, ascorbic acid and potassium iodide were added, and their concentrations were 0.005 mol·L^-1 and 0.15 mol·L^-1 in the solution, respectively. The solution pH was adjusted to 0.4-1.0, the blue complex was obtained with the reaction of Cd( Ⅱ ) and test paper. Detection limit was 0.1 mg·L^-1, and found concentration range was 0.10-50 mg·L^-1. The effects of interference ions can be screened with 2% o-Phenanthroline. The results of water samples detection were not significantly different form those obtained by atomic absorption spectrophotometry technique. The method can be Used to determine trace Cd( Ⅱ ) in different water samples.
