摘要
对新建聚氯乙烯装置聚合釜试车中出现的异常振动现象进行测振和数据分析,根据力学原理对聚合釜的结构进行计算和深入分析,从中找出了聚合釜异常振动的主要原因,并提出了相应的解决方案。
The measurement of abnormal vibration occurred in commissioning of polymerizing vessel in a new built ethylene chloride construction was carried out. Based on the mechanic principles, the structure of the polymerizing vessel was analyzed. Then, the cause of abnormal vibration was found and the solving method was presented.
