摘要 该文综述大豆脱皮系统中冷脱皮,温脱皮和热脱皮工艺产生和演变过程,重点总结归纳冷脱皮与热脱皮区别,及三种经典热脱皮工艺特点,并对大豆脱皮各种产品优点进行简要总结。 The technics of cold, warm and hot dehullin in soybean dehulling system were summarized in this paper. The focal points were the differences between cold and hot dehulling, the characteristics of three different classic -hot dehulling process. The advantages of all kind of soybean dehulling products were also be summarized in this paper.
