摘要
由于Profibus-PA总线系统有着很大的市场需要,因而PA产品的开发具有十分重要的意义。阐述了PA产品开发的关键技术,并对采用SPC4和DPC31两种不同智能协议芯片的开发方案作了比较,得出利用DPC31协议芯片更适合实现PA设备接口卡的硬件和软件设计,并简单说明了该设备在实际系统中的应用。所开发的PA接口卡原理样机,经DP/PA coupler将PA接口卡接入总线系统实现了与主站的正确通信,同时也实现了总线的供电。
Due to the large market demands for Profibus-PA fieldbus, it is significant to develop PA products. The critical technologies for drveloping PA products are described. According to the comparison of two developing strategies for intelligent protocol chip based on SPC4 and DPC31, DPC31 protocol chip is more suitable for fulfilling the hardware and software design of interface card. The application of that device in practice is expounded simply. The developed principle prototype of PA interface card accesses the fieldbus system through DP/PA coupler to implement right communication with the master station. So does the power supply of fieldbus.
