小环境自动除湿系统控制中心设计与实现

Design and Realization of Control Center of Automatic Dehumidification System under Small Environment

针对小环境下温湿度监控问题,设计了一种自动除湿系统的中心控制电路,并开发了相应软件程序。该中心由转轮除湿机、温湿度测控仪和控制中心等3大模块组成,具有数据存储、菜单显示和报表打印功能。基于Modbus协议,中心通过2个串口分别与下位机和上位机通信,实现了设备监控和数据上传功能。实际应用表明:系统操作方便、可靠性高、能较好地满足使用需要。

Aiming at the topic of monitoring the humidity under small environment, the centralized control circuit of an automatic dehumidification system is designed, and the relevant software program is developed. The system is composed of three modules, i.e. , dehumidification motor driven by rotary gear, monitor of temperature and moisture and control center. Its functions include data storage, display of menu and rcport printout, etc. Based on Modbus protocol, both the host and slave computers could be communicated with the center through two serial ports, thus monitoring equipment and uploading the data were fulfilled. The practical application shows the system features easy operation, high reliability, and well meets the demand of use.
