摘要
“胜任能力模型”是将个人能力的发展与组织绩效的提高相联系的一种全新的人力资源管理新模式。在我国公安机关人力资源管理领域引入这一模式,从发展个人职业胜任能力的角度,把民警作为组织中一种价值可再生的重要资源进行有针对性地开发和使用,有利于对现有警力资源的充分利用。
"Competence Model" is one kind of brand-new pattern of human resources management which relates individual ability development with enhancement of the organization achievements. If this model is introduced into human rescxn-ces management of public security organs, police are taken as a renewable resource to develop and use, which is good to make full use of police resources.
