摘要
当今世界已进入经济全球化的时代,全球采购是经济全球化的重要组成部分,是国际产业分工的必然产物,是跨国公司施全球战略的重要手段。跨国采购是跨国公司在世界范围内寻找最佳生产商或供应商,寻找质量最好、价格最合理产品的活动。分析跨国采购行为可以从跨国采购的目标、跨国采购如何选择合格供应商、跨国采购实施的特点、跨国采购的绩效评价四个方面去研究。
Today, the world has gone into an age of economic globulization. The global procurement becomes an important part of economic globalization, an inevitable outcome of division in international industries and an important measure of global strategy. The procurement of multinational companies means that they can search for the best producers or suppliers and products with high- quality and reasonable price across the world. The purchasing actions of multinational companies can be analyzed from the following four aspects: the goal of multinational procurement, how to choose the qualified supplies, the features of purchasing and evaluation of their achievement.
