介绍两种判断电机电气连接故障的新方法,用红外测温仪测试连接点温度,用回路电阻测试仪对接触点接触电阻进行测试,能直观地反映出接触点温度、接触电阻大小,该方法方便、准确、实用。

Two methods of judging the default of electric connection are introduced in the paper. The temperature of connection was measured using infra - red thermometer and contact resistance of connection was measured using ciwuit resistance tester. The methods are convenient, accurate and practical and can relect the temperature and contact resistance of the connection.
