LASIK术前行视网膜激光光凝治疗的护理

Nursing experience of laser coagulation applied in retina denaturalization before LASIK

目的探讨LASIK术前行视网膜氩蓝绿激光光凝治疗的护理。方法共统计782例近视眼,LASIK术前检查发现视网膜变性136眼,在进行预防性视网膜激光光凝术前、术中、术后进行护理,包括术前心理护理、光凝前的准备,术中光凝时疼痛的护理,术后防止并发症的护理、营养护理等。结果良好的护理保证了视网膜激光光凝的疗效,光凝2周后复查可见光凝区色素沉着,择期行LASIK手术,术后随访无一例并发症出现。结论正确的护理方法不仅可保证视网膜病变激光光凝治疗的疗效,也可提高LASIK手术的成功率和满意率。

Objective To explore the nursing experience of laser coagulation applied in retina denaturalization before LASIK. Methods 782 myopia eyes were studied and 136 eyes with retina denaturalization was found among them in pre--operation examination of LASIK. Peri--operation nursing was performed for retina laser coagulation, which was included in pre--operative mental care, preparation before laser coagulation, ache nursing, preventing complications and nutrient nursing after operation. Results Effect of retina laser coagulation was assured by wonderful nursing. Chromatosis was seen by examination at 2 weeks after laser coagulation. The patients received LASIK in selected day and no complication was detected after the operation. Conclusions Good nursing assured not only the effect of retina laser coagulation, but also the success rate and satisfaction rate of LASIK.
